Feng Shui Consultations with Alexandra Lees

 

By booking a Wu Wei Wisdom Feng Shui consultation and assessment with Alexandra Lees (the ‘Consultant’), you are confirming that you understand and agree to our general terms, conditions and disclaimer covering our website and services set out HERE, in addition to the following service-specific terms and conditions:

1.   Arranging a Feng Shui Consultation

You will have the opportunity to discuss your needs and requirements from your Alexandra Lees (the Consultant) prior to booking your feng shui. This will be done via email and/or telephone/video.

Our Consultant will confirm the project scope, stages and costs with the client via email prior to undertaking the consultation.

The consultation fee will vary depending on the scope of work and project terms agreed with the client.

 

2.  Booking and Making Payment for Your Consultation

When you book a consultation, our Consultant will send you a booking confirmation email to confirm the scope of work, project fees and payment terms. You will also receive a separate electronic invoice for your consultation fee – the invoice will be in UK pounds.

UK clients can make payment via bank transfer or debit or credit card.

Clients outside the UK can make payment via credit card. For overseas clients, the payment taken from your credit card will be based on the currency exchange rate at the time of payment, and this is set by your bank. There may also be an additional foreign exchange fee added to your credit card transaction.

All consultations must be paid for in full before commencement of the work and the date is required will be marked on your invoice.

 

3.  Consultation Cancellation & Payment Refund Policy

If you need to cancel, change or amend your consultation or project scope, please contact us before making payment to us – you can do this by emailing our Consultant: info@wuweiwisdom.com

Work on a client’s project will commence once the client consultation fee is received by us. If we do not receive a client payment, we retain the right to cancel the client’s consultation agreement.

If a client cancels a consultation project after payment has been made and work has begun, the client will not be entitled to a full refund. Any refund due will be calculated as a fair proportion of project work stages completed and Consultant time spend on the project.

If a client requests a change or alteration to the scope or terms of the project after this has been agreed between the client and the Consultant and the consultation fee received by us, this may also incur additional project fees.

All consultation payments are non-refundable once the consultation project report has been completed.

 

4.  Working by Zoom Video Call

The consultation project may involve meeting via Zoom video call. If you are unfamiliar with Zoom video calling you will have the opportunity to run a free short test call with one of our Admin team a few days before your consultation to ensure you are set up and ready for your session.

It is your responsibility to have a working internet connection for the call.

If you wish to cancel or change the call day/time we will require at least 72 hours notice of this change, so we can make alternative arrangements.

 

5.  Consultation Confidentiality

It is confidential that you are a client of Wu Wei Wisdom Ltd, as well as what you share during the consultation process.

There are, however, some limits and exceptions to confidentiality.

  • If your Consultant has serious concerns about your safety or the safety of another person, normal confidentiality may be lifted. You will be asked to provide your GP’s contact details, as someone they may contact.
  • If a Client makes a legal claim against Wu Wei Wisdom Ltd or its Consultants, we may be required to share confidential client details and related electronic communication or correspondence to or from a client with the appropriate professional organisations in order to make representations again any such claims.
  • If a Client confirms that they would be happy to offer a testimonial for our consultation work, then the Consultant would agree with the client the details to be published.

Wu Wei Wisdom Ltd keeps a record of your name, contact details, and dates and times of appointments, and any information your share about your property (photos, videos etc.) on a password-protected database.

Your Consultant will also keep brief notes about the focus of your work – these are kept securely and are password protected.

Any reports produced by Wu Wei Wisdom Ltd to evaluate the service contain anonymised data and will not contain any identifying information of clients.

 

6.  Problems & Complaints

If you are having a problem with your Consultant, or the service, please raise this with your Consultant within 7-days of your last consultation or correspondence, so that we can work together to find a resolution – please email: info@wuweiwisdom.com

 

7.  Wu Wei Wisdom Ltd. & Your Consultant Request That The Client Notes The Following:

  • The degree of benefit obtainable from a Wu Wei Wisdom feng shui consultation may vary between clients.
  • Our consultation advice will be tailored to the client’s individual property/site and the needs identified and agreed between both parties.
  • Our Consultant is not permitted to diagnose, or claim to treat, medical conditions or physical property defects.
  • Our Consultant advice is not a substitute for a specialist surveyor, architectural or engineering advice, nor is it a substitute for professional health advice and/or treatment.
  • Our Consultant reserves the right to cancel or discontinue her consultation services at any time if she considers that the parameters of a respectful professional relationship are breached by the client.

8.  The Client Understands & Agrees to the Following:

  • If am unclear about any advice I am given by my Consultant, I should contact the Consultant promptly for clarification or arrange for additional follow-up consultation advice.
  • The consultation advice offered to me is design suggestions only, and I am under no obligation to implement any design recommendations if I do not wish to.
  • I may also need to take additional specialised surveyor, architectural or engineering advice in order to safely and successfully implement some of the design recommendations suggested by the Consultant.
  • Any audio and/or video recording of consultation meetings are only allowed if the client agrees to full and ongoing confidentiality and non-disclosure of the consultation recording between the Consultant and the client.
  • I understand that any additional advice beyond the agreed project scope may incur extra service fees.
